Sevilla's central defender Jules Kounde has stated that if he wants to win major prizes this summer, he may have to switch teams.

The France Under-21 international has been linked with a variety of clubs after another successful season with the La Liga side.

Manchester United is rumored to be considering a bid for Kounde, while Arsenal is also rumored to be interested.

The 22-year-old is undecided where he will play football next season, despite the mounting interest in his signing.

"This summer, I may have to switch clubs." "I haven't made any decisions," he told reporters. "My ambition is to grow into a great club that is continuously striving to improve and win trophies one day."

"To be able to begin each season by telling yourself that the goal is to win a specific trophy." I may have to relocate, but that isn't the point today."

In the 2020-21 season, Kounde made 46 appearances for Sevilla, helping the club finish fourth in La Liga and reach the Champions League quarterfinals.

Despite never having played for France's senior team, the young defender has been named to the roster for the forthcoming Euro 2020 competition.
